Official 2022 Sturgis Rally dates Aug. 5 – Aug. 14, 2022. Our rally rates are Aug. 3 – Aug 14. Outside this time period will be charged at our regular summer rates.
Four-Plex Cottages
Summer rates – May 1st – Sept 30th (rates starting at $119.95 night and up)
Winter rates starting at $100/night – Oct 1st thru April 30th. We also have reduced and monthly rates – please inquire.

Four-Plex Cottages
Our 4-plex cottages have 3 individual standard rooms in addition to 1 room with a small kitchenette as one of the middle units. These rooms can be rented separately or the two middle rooms can be used as interconnecting rooms.
- Standard Rooms sleep 4 people – 2 queen beds
- Small Kitchen Rooms sleep 5 people – 1 Queen, 1 futon bunk (double w/twin overhead)
- Entire 4-plex can sleep up to 17 people
